We have a lot of members who join and want to print multiple copies of several different books — 4 of this type, 10 of that type, 10 of this type. However, this isn’t something we recommend. We recommend starting with one book — either the buyer or seller book — or a specific niche book if you primarily work within a niche market.

To start out, print 10 to 20 copies of that one book and give them to highly qualified leads — FSBOs, expireds, and any leads you’re close to converting. Include a copy of your book as part of a pre-listing package or bring it along to any listing presentations you have lined up. It’s important to remember that you also have a digital book flipper you can share with as many people as you’d like. You can email or text it out or share it on all of your social media pages.
